Over the last quarter of a century Katy has managed civil engineering projects her own way.  She is known for getting things done, although not necessarily for following the rule book (unless it was one she wrote herself).  From the design and construction of roading projects to writing operational policy, Katy’s experience in delivering projects has given her a unique perspective on what constitutes good project management. 

She will challenge you to consider whether we are really adding value to a project by using a “current best practice approach” to project management.

Join us for an evening reflecting on good and bad project management practice – from a woman’s point of view. 

Also joining us at the Branch Meeting will be Grant Belsham.  The Auckland Branch Committee sponsored his registration to  recent PMINZ Conference in Wellington.  Grant will share some of his feedback and experiences from the conference with us.
