To
register for the PMINZ 2003 Conference or a Pre-Conference
Workshop, please complete the registration
form and keep a copy
for your records. Your registration fee must accompany
the completed form. Payment can be made
by a cheque, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard.
Completed registration forms and fees should be submitted
electronically
or via hard copy to the Conference Secretariat. A letter
of confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent upon
receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may
reassign your registration to another person. Please
notify the Conference
Secretariat. If you are unable
to arrange a replacement, a full refund, less an administration
charge of NZ$50.00, will be made providing notification
is received by 6 October 2003. After that date, refunds
will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
If for reasons beyond the control of the Organising
Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration
fees will be refunded after
deduction of expenses already incurred.
