This year's conference aims to encourage ideas, experiences, and concepts to be presented and shared among the approximately two hundred & fifty delegates expected to attend.

The theme "Project Success - Putting it all together" intends to include discussion on

  • teams (high performance, virtual, global, rescue)
  • practical methodologies
  • leadership, management, the role of the sponsor
  • marketing and communications (of the project, of the profession)
  • innovation, enterprise, R&D
  • partnering, multi-discipline, synergy
  • measurement and evaluation (risk, $$, quality, continuous improvement, reporting)
  • high risk projects
  • organisation, the project management office

The conference is about learning, participation, networking and the exchange of information and ideas. Whilst the conference is run by PMINZ for its members, it is open to all people with an interest in projects and how they can be managed to a successful outcome.
