Streams
The conference theme of "Soaring
the Winds of Change" applies to all industries and events.
Within that theme there will be four sub themes or streams:
New Lift.
Covering new developments or changes in project management;
stretching the boundaries; providing new thoughts, directions
and leading edge practices.
This stream will appeal to existing
project managers.
Wind
Shear.
Managing business change through the use of project management;
taking the view that project management is an essential skill
/ knowledge area for all senior managers these days. Aimed
at senior business managers and executives.
Up Lift.
The soft skills of project management that are so essential
to success. Skills such as managing virtual teams, team building
and improving communications. Most of us are interested in
this stream.
Taking
Off.
The basics of project management, aimed at those newer to
project management or wanting to refresh their skills.
