Payment can be made by cheque payable to The Project Management Institute Conference

Please complete the registration form and keep a copy for your records. Your registration fee must accompany the completed Registration Form. Payment can be made by a personal cheque, a bank draft, or one of the following credit cards: Amex, Diners, Visa, MasterCard. Registrations will be accepted by facsimile for those paying by credit card.

Completed registration forms and fees should be sent to The Conference Company.

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person at no cost. Please notify The Conference Company.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $75.00 will be made providing notification is received by 15 October 2002. After that date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
