Block bookings have been made at the hotels listed below and special rates (all inclusive of Goods and Services Tax [GST]) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified. All hotels provide tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and internet connection. MAKING A RESERVATION
Bookings should be made on the registration form by 9 September 2005. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation payment of one night’s room rate by cheque is required, or you may supply your credit card details to guarantee the booking. Please indicate your ?rst and second choices of accommodation on the registration form.

CHANGING YOUR RESERVATION
Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION
If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 9 September 2005 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.

EARLY ACCESS
If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

Situated in the historic part of Auckland opposite Old Government House, this classic hotel is within 500m of shops and the central business district. Most of the recently refurbished rooms have panoramic views of the harbour or city skyline. For those wanting more exclusive accommodation and suites, the Regency Club is billed as the “hotel within a hotel”.
