Extending Your Knowledge Base

Two half day workshops both for experienced Project Managers and for those new to the Profession.

PMI Auckland Workshops 2001

Presented and facilitated by

  1. Risk Management - Eliminating Project Failure through Effective Governance and Risk Management Practices. This workshop examines two significant project management Knowledge areas. While these topics are vitally important to project success they are often give limited treatment in project management texts and courses. The workshop will use case studies as well as draw on the work experience of participants. (Morning)


  2. Earned Value Management Systems - This workshop, which is designed to complement the Risk Management Workshop examines the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) which has been successfully adopted by a range of large international corporates and Governmental agencies for improving project performance tracking and communication. (Afternoon)

Workshop Fees: $175 + GST for ½ day or $315 + GST for the full day programme
