The goal of the PMINZ Project Professionals Mentoring Programme is:
To enhance the capability of New Zealand project professionals through the delivery of a structured mentoring programme, reflecting PMINZ’s ongoing commitment to provide increased value to its membership base
This aligns with the overarching PMI goal “…to advance the practice, science and profession of project management throughout the world in a conscientious and proactive manner so that organisations everywhere will embrace, value and utilise project management - and then attribute their successes to it.”
