PMINZ Web site policy
The Project Management Institute New Zealand, Inc. encourages
other associations, business organizations, and individuals
interested in project management to provide information
links from their Internet web sites to PMINZ’s
web site. By
linking to PMI’s web pages,
you agree to the following terms:
1. Home page. You may only link to PMINZ’s home page
www.pmi.org.nz, as “deep” linking is not permitted.
2. Framing. You will not place PMINZ web pages in a “frame” within
your own web site, without specific permission from PMINZ.
3. Proper Form of Link: All approved information links must
take one of the following forms: the name “Project
Management Institute New Zealand,” the letters “PMINZ,” the
PMINZ URL, or the PMINZ logo.
4. No Alteration or Misrepresentation. You will not alter
any PMINZ logo or trademark in any manner to make it appear
that PMINZ is endorsing, sponsoring or affiliated with you
or your company, except as expressly permitted by PMINZ.
5. Proper Use of PMINZ Intellectual Property: You agree that
all uses of PMINZ marks and copyrighted materials will conform
in all respects to our parent body PMI’s Intellectual
Property Guidelines, which may be accessed from our home
page to www.pmi.org under “About PMI,” “Governing
Documents—Policies,” “Institute Policies,” “Intellectual
Property Policy Guidelines.”
6. Protection of Marks. You are prohibited from using PMINZ
Marks or any names, marks, or other materials in a manner
that is likely to cause confusion with, dilute or damage
the reputation or image of PMINZ.
7. No Objectionable Content. You agree that no part of your
web site will contain, or link to, content that may be interpreted
as libellous, obscene or criminal, or which may infringe
or violate any third party rights.
8. No Negative References. You agree not to make negative
or disparaging references to PMINZ, its services or its members
or otherwise compare PMINZ, its services or its members unfavourably
to others.
9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold
PMINZ harmless from and against any and all third party claims
or causes of action brought against PMINZ as a result of
the rights granted hereunder, or in connection with any claim
arising out of any breach by you of the foregoing representations
and warranties, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees
and costs.
10. Right to Terminate. PMINZ reserves the right to terminate
this consent to link to its web site and to request that
you remove any link(s) to PMINZ’s web site from your
site.
11. Non-Transferable. This agreement is not transferable.
12. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
13. Amendment in Writing. This agreement cannot be altered
or modified except by a writing signed by both parties or
by PMINZ changing its web site policy and giving notice of
that change to the linking party. PMINZ reserves the right
to amend its policy at any time. Any continuation of the
link after notice of the change will be deemed acceptance
of the modification.
All materials posted on this site are subject to copyrights
owned by the Project Management Institute New Zealand and
other individuals or entities. Any reproduction, retransmission,
or republication of all or part of any document found on
this site is expressly prohibited, unless PMINZ or the copyright

consent to so reproduce, retransmit, or republish the material.
All other rights reserved.
The names, trademarks, service marks
and logos of PMINZ appearing on this site may not be used
in any advertising

of or affiliation with any product or service, without PMINZ’s
prior express written permission.
Although the PMINZ website includes links providing direct
access to other Internet sites, PMINZ takes no responsibility
